Digital downloads

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of any good(s) you order on our Site. This does not apply to the free downloads and guides which we may make available from time to time.

Online sessions providing one to one support for individuals with perimenopausal, menopausal, HRT and hormone challenges.

The services will be paid for in full via the Stripe payment platform when the services are ordered. We do not have sight of, or access to your payment details at any time. We do not receive your payment until after the service has been provided.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our

Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our site at your own risk.

Separate booking terms and conditions for the provision of our online (video ad email) services are available at the time of booking through Teresa Baxter/Flourish through Menopause.
